Marjan Moradi is an Associate at Rezvanian International, focusing on public law disputes, administrative and governmental litigation, human rights matters, and cases involving public institutions. She has substantial experience handling municipal disputes, insurance and social security claims, and labor–employer litigation.
Marjan holds an LL.B. and an LL.M. in Public Law from Shahid Beheshti University, where her thesis examined the role of gender in state–nation building processes. She has authored academic works on gender integration in post-conflict state-building and on identifying and countering fake news.
She is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Public Law at Allameh Tabataba’i University and teaches at the university level. Marjan has been recognized as the Best Oralist in the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) International Arbitration Moot. Her academic background and litigation experience enable her to approach public-sector disputes with analytical depth and practical precision.
